Eight brand new interdisciplinary activities are now available on-line, ready for use in any classroom! Created by four classroom teachers and educational consultants from across North America, these educators have combined their best CUBE experiences with community-based curriculum to bring you exciting new community-based education projects. We are especially grateful to Francis Families Foundation and Bank of America for supporting this CUBE 2002 Goal.

FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR IN-DEPTH TRAINING, HERE IT IS! A day-long Box City training for those who who become coordinators in their own states or communities. (Contact is Gena Glaze: 334/353-5081.)

Monona Terrace Conference Center, Madison, WI
For the third year, Monona Terrace will kick off their Box City theme with teacher training in the fall, followed by a public day in the spring. Fourth graders in Dane County will spend six weeks on the principles involved in planning and designing a city. Heather Sabin, a member of the national CUBE cadre of workshop presenters, will coordinate this fabulous event.
