Anna Slafer to CUBE National Advisory Board

Anna Slafer is the Director of Education and Programming at the International Spy Museum in Washington, D.C. Prior to this she served as Director of the Rolling Rainforest, a mobile exhibition and educational program of Discovery Creek Children's Museum of Washington, and as the Executive Director of the national environmental organization, Renew America. For eleven years Anna served as the founding Curator of Education at the National Building Museum, conducting a variety of Box City workshops including EcoCity. She is the co-author of two award winning publications, including the book, Why Design?

Anna conducts workshops for CUBE nationally, including the Kennedy Center Box City workshops and a design charrette for AIA/ Memphis.

The national Spy Museum in Washington, D.C., opens July 19 and is a not-to-be-missed for your DC list. It is a preservation work in itself, connecting five historic buildings into one fascinating adventure in the world of sleuthing.
