She enjoys all activities related to supporting others' learning with environments and objects. Heather has developed and delivered interpretive programs, trained staff and volunteers, and conducted professional development workshops for teachers. She is thrilled and motivated by the a-ha moments when people "see" their built environments in a way they never have before. Most recently, she has been a CUBE presenter at the Cooper Hewitt Design Symposium, and the Ohio Historical Society's "Building Connections" Conference.
