Ginny Graves
|
As founder and outreach director of CUBE (The Center for Understanding the
Built Environment) and regional education coordinator for the American
Institute of Architects, Ginny Graves has taught hundreds of teachers how to
implement architecture and historic preservation programs in the nation's
schools through curriculum development, publications, workshops, and a
national information network.
|
This network, in turn, has helped educate
thousands of students. Graves' work has been recognized by The American
Institute of Architects (honorary membership, 1990); by The National Trust
for Historic Preservation (Honor award, 1992); Governor of Kansas (Kansas
Governor's Arts Award); and the National Continuing Education Association
(NCEA). Ginny conducts workshops nationwide and is a Pied Piper for the
CUBE message.
